DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, and customers will be informed of the expected timeframe upon order confirmation.
Shipping Method: We offer free secured shipping for all orders within Singapore. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your high-value purchase.
Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment's progress.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us at hello@thepeak.io for inquiries about shipping to your country.
Costs & Duties: Shipping costs and applicable duties/taxes are calculated based on the destination country and the value of the order. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.
Insurance: All international shipments are fully insured.
Delivery Time: 7-21 business days depending on destination.
RETURN VALIDITY PERIOD
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired replacement item. We recommend contacting us early to reserve an exchange item.

CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom and special orders are made to the customer's specifications and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or repair at no additional cost.
